Separately, Gupta stated that eligible women would receive their scheme letters at the event and that direct bank transfers would commence from 1 September. She added that the process would be continuous, with eligible women receiving benefits on a regular basis going forward.

Chief Minister Gupta has emphasised that district-level committees carry a critical responsibility in the scheme's implementation. She directed committee officials to rigorously scrutinise every application to ensure that no eligible woman is delayed in receiving her entitlement. 'The faster the verification process is completed, the sooner the cases will be disposed of, and the process of disbursing pensions to eligible women will also be expedited,' Gupta said.
