Sehrawat shared, "Today marks the foundation laying for a stadium in Jharoda. With an investment of Rs 12 crore, this rural facility will feature badminton courts and various amenities for children."

"My hope is that this stadium will strengthen the sporting talent in rural areas, becoming a major center of excellence for the youth of rural Delhi," he added.

Sachdeva announced that foundation stones for development initiatives worth Rs 14 crore were also laid in rural Delhi on Saturday.

"We extend our gratitude to Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena for allocating funds under the Pradhan Mantri Gramodaya Yojana for the entire rural landscape," he noted.

Sachdeva emphasized that a 'Viksit Delhi' cannot be realized without 'Viksit Villages'.

"Under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, we are all dedicated to building a Viksit Delhi that will serve as a model capital for a Viksit Bharat," he concluded.
