Jaipur, June 10 (NationPress) Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan and prominent Congress figure Ashok Gehlot has voiced strong criticism against the BJP-led state administration for its slow-moving decision-making processes. Gehlot pointed out that numerous promoted officials are still waiting for their appointments.
In a post on his official X account on Monday, Gehlot remarked, "The state of almost every governmental department in Rajasthan is dire. All the IAS and IPS officers who received promotions in January 2025 are still in limbo regarding their new postings, even after six months have elapsed."
He further shed light on the situation of 250 Tehsildars who, despite their promotions, are still required to work in their previous junior positions.

"Due to the vacancies within RPSC, recruitment processes are stalled, and interviews are taking an excessive amount of time, which only adds to the frustrations of unemployed youth," he elaborated.
