New Delhi, Dec 11 (NationPress) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini accused the Opposition on Thursday of disseminating misinformation and neglecting the pressing issues the nation faces.
These comments came during his media interaction while in Delhi.
The Chief Minister took aim at the Congress party, stating that they lack a constructive agenda.
"They do not possess a single initiative that is free from corruption, and their programs seldom come to fruition. Instead of making unfounded allegations like vote rigging, they should articulate a definite vision for the country and prioritize development. The public does not take their assertions seriously," he remarked.
Emphasizing the impact of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Saini noted that under Modi's leadership, the underprivileged have advanced and gained strength.
"If ordinary citizens harbor hope today, it is due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Congress has never contributed anything to the common man. Since Independence, Modi is the leader who has genuinely looked out for the common people," he added.
The Chief Minister also expressed his appreciation to the Prime Minister for attending two significant events in Haryana.
"I came to express my gratitude to the Prime Minister. We organized the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur-ji and the International Gita Mahotsav. The Prime Minister's presence at both occasions has enhanced Haryana's standing, and I personally thanked him," he stated.
CM Saini announced that Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Haryana on December 24.
He will serve as the chief guest at the passing out parade for 5,000 newly recruited Haryana Police personnel, he confirmed.
Later, while addressing a musical drama titled "Tap Se Tyag Tak", organized by the Kashmiri Hindu Cell Haryana and Shri Vishwakarma Skill University at Apparel House in Gurugram, commemorating the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur, CM Saini said that the life of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib embodies the enduring message that no matter how intense the oppression, the might of truth and righteousness ultimately prevails. Religion is not solely about worship; it is a means to uphold truth, freedom, and human dignity.
He remarked that Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib's sacrifice is a divine celebration for humanity, and India has been the heart of this spiritual tradition for centuries.
