During the meeting, Speaker Rabindranath Mahato called on party leaders to collaborate for the orderly operation of the House.

Prior to this, Mahato convened a separate meeting with senior government officials to assess the arrangements for the session. He instructed departments to ensure that senior officers are present during the proceedings, enabling ministers to receive timely and relevant information while addressing questions.
Following the all-party meeting, Chief Minister Hemant Soren affirmed that the government is thoroughly prepared for the Budget Session.
"Significant recommendations were made during the meeting. We will collaboratively address various issues impacting the state in the Assembly, ensuring a smooth session," he stated.
Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Radha Krishna Kishore stressed the necessity for improved interdepartmental cooperation and urged that proposals and plans be organized for presentation during the session.
Key participants in the meeting included Leader of the Opposition Babulal Marandi, Congress Legislature Party leader Pradeep Yadav, RJD Legislature Party leader Suresh Paswan, and AJSU Party MLA Nirmal Mahto.
Discussions covered critical topics like security arrangements, administrative coordination, document preparation, and departmental accountability to ensure the session's orderly conduct.
