Puducherry, Dec 11 (NationPress) In a pivotal moment for the Union Territory of Puducherry, Jose Charles Martin, the son of renowned lottery magnate Santiago Martin, has declared the establishment of a new political entity called 'Latchiya Jananayaka Katchi'.
