Rajendra Malviya, a training officer at the government divisional ITI in Bhopal, received recognition in the long-term engineering trade category for his exceptional contributions as the foremost skill trainer.
In addition, two primary school teachers, Sheela Patel and Bherulal Osara, were acknowledged for their innovative teaching methods and their impactful contributions beyond standard teaching.
Sheela Patel, a teacher at a government primary school in Devaran Tapariya, Damoh district, has made education enjoyable for her students through engaging, play-based learning methods. She has successfully implemented the Foundation Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Mission by incorporating songs, poems, stories, and dramatization into her lessons.
Moreover, she has organized special classes during holidays to enhance women’s literacy and has set up summer and winter camps. In her community, she developed learning walls and community learning spaces in every neighborhood.
