Imphal, May 30 (NationPress) The Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Friday urged officials to intensify their efforts aimed at assisting the displaced individuals affected by violence residing in relief camps located in both the valley and hilly areas, as reported by officials.

A representative from Raj Bhavan indicated that the Governor conducted a review of the living conditions of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) currently housed in various relief camps across the hilly regions and valley districts of Manipur.

During the meeting, the Governor addressed the ongoing concerns related to livelihood, skill development, medical assistance, and education for the IDPs. The Deputy Commissioners from all districts provided a thorough update on various significant initiatives implemented for these individuals.
