Imphal, May 28 (NationPress) The government of Manipur has declared that strict measures will be enforced against individuals accountable for obscuring the "Manipur State Transport Corporation" signage in front of the government bus on May 20.
Chief Secretary Prashant Kumar Singh emphasized that the state administration is treating this reported incident (May 2) with the highest level of seriousness, expressing deep regret over the event.
“In response, Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla has established an inquiry committee, which includes the Commissioner, Home, and the Secretary IT, tasked with delivering its findings promptly. We assure all stakeholders that once the inquiry concludes and those accountable for any negligence are pinpointed, strict actions will follow,” the Chief Secretary stated.
