New Delhi, Sep 29 (NationPress) On the auspicious occasion of Saptami during the Navratri festival, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the new office of the Delhi BJP on Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg in the national capital. This event signifies a significant milestone for the Delhi unit of the BJP, with top leaders describing it as a day of jubilation and renewed vigor for party workers.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta expressed her happiness, labeling it a proud moment for BJP karyakartas. She stated, “The establishment of this office has elevated the morale of countless workers. I extend my heartfelt wishes to all BJP workers, as their aspirations have now come to fruition.”
In alignment with this sentiment, BJP Minister Ashish Sood mentioned that the new office is more than just a building; it represents the party's unwavering commitment to its cadre. “A havan puja was conducted, and an inauguration ceremony will take place upon the Prime Minister's arrival. The Bharatiya Janata Party, as a worker-centric organization, views its offices not only as centers for the development of its karyakartas but also as inspirational spaces for their dedication to public service,” he remarked.
BJP MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat emphasized the importance of the occasion, referring to it as a long-awaited and essential development. “Today, the BJP has secured a permanent office, marking a significant advancement, particularly at a time when the BJP governs in Delhi,” she added.
Thousands of party workers are anticipated to participate in the inauguration, alongside BJP National President J.P. Nadda, senior leaders, Union Ministers, MPs, MLAs, councillors, and grassroots-level workers.
On Sunday, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva stated that this moment is historic for the organization. “After years of operating from temporary offices, the party now possesses its own establishment. This journey has been filled with challenges yet is remarkable. Every BJP worker is grateful to PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Party President J.P. Nadda,” he remarked.
Sachdeva highlighted that the foundation stone for the office was laid by J.P. Nadda on June 9, 2023, and today’s inauguration is not merely the opening of a building but the realization of a vision for a more robust organization. He noted that all 14 organizational districts of Delhi now boast their own offices as part of the party’s national expansion strategy.
