This action was taken after PSI Parvathi filed a complaint against Selvakumar, the motorcyclist.
According to the authorities, PSI Parvathi was issuing fines at R.R. Circle for traffic offenses committed by drivers in the Rajajinagar area. Selvakumar was apprehended while riding a motorcycle without wearing a helmet and while using his phone. Upon being stopped by the police, he allegedly confronted the traffic officers and refused to comply with the fine.
