Yadav also highlighted the Rahveer Yojana, under which individuals who assist road accident victims receive ₹25,000. He added that the PM Shri Air Ambulance service is being extended to poor and needy patients during medical emergencies.

Invoking freedom fighters Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, and Madan Lal Dhingra, Yadav urged young people to channel their energy toward national development. He stressed that every elected government must work in alignment with the aspirations of its people.
'The year 2027 will be dedicated to the youth. Their participation is important for building a better future, and every elected government should work according to the aspirations of the people,' he said.

Principal Secretary, Industries, Raghvendra Singh, noted that the conclave provided a platform for young people to share suggestions spanning education, skill development, sports, healthcare, innovation, and natural farming.
