Patna, Nov 22 (NationPress) In a remarkable triumph for AIMIM, the party secured five seats in the Bihar Assembly elections, prompting party leader and Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi to extend his heartfelt thanks to the voters of the Seemanchal region.
During a public gathering in Jokihat, Kishanganj, Owaisi characterized the electoral outcome as a significant gift from Allah and conveyed his sincere appreciation for the backing received by his party.
He emphasized that he would always cherish the esteem shown by the residents of Seemanchal towards AIMIM and pledged to continue advocating for the region’s interests.
Furthermore, Owaisi remarked that the triumph of AIMIM serves as a powerful message to the nation, one that will also be felt in Uttar Pradesh, empowering the marginalized.
He encouraged the local MLA to commit to serving the public, stating, “If you dedicate yourself to the people today, Allah will reward you with success.”
Reaffirming his gratitude, Owaisi noted that the people's confidence illustrates that a united Seemanchal does not require assistance from any other political entities.
“Today, others are losing their peace,” he noted.
While acknowledging potential missteps, Owaisi expressed, “We are human; we do make mistakes. We may falter, but we are not traitors.”
He regarded the election victory as a divine blessing and committed to nurturing and fortifying it. He assured that any errors would be rectified and not repeated.
Owaisi stated he would persist in visiting Seemanchal and would also reach out to regions where AIMIM did not prevail, to express gratitude to those voters.
Without directly naming the RJD, he subtly criticized the party, saying, “Those I once assisted are now lamenting. Individuals in Patna deemed me weak.”
In the previous 2020 Assembly elections, AIMIM had also won five seats in the Seemanchal area of Bihar, although four of those later aligned with RJD.
