Agartala, June 5 (NationPress) Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust) has shown its eagerness to engage in the sectors of agriculture, religious tourism, information technology, and skill development training in Tripura, according to officials.
An official from the Chief Minister's Office revealed that earlier in the day, Chief Minister Manik Saha convened a meeting with a three-member delegation headed by Acharya Balkrishna, General Secretary of Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust).
During the meeting, CM Saha remarked, "Tripura has become a leading state among others in the nation. It also ranks prominently among northeastern states concerning GSDP and per capita income. Our state is progressing towards development based on its potential areas."
He further noted that Tripura, abundant in natural resources and archaeological sites, possesses enormous potential for growth.
Tourist attractions such as the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Udaipur, Narikelkunja by Dumbur Lake, Unakoti, and Chabimura are drawing visitors from both domestic and international locations, CM Saha informed the Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust) delegates.
The state's communication infrastructure has also seen significant improvements, according to the Chief Minister.
He asserted that the law and order situation in the state remains stable.
