New Delhi, Oct 7 (NationPress) The BJP has shown optimism regarding its performance in the Bihar Assembly elections, asserting that the residents of the state will once again provide the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) with an opportunity to lead.
BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal remarked to IANS, "There is a wave of joy and optimism across Bihar now that elections have been announced. The NDA has achieved remarkable results. We've focused on enhancing roads, electricity, water supply, infrastructure, and industry. A new cricket stadium has been built, and metro services have already commenced in Patna."
"Over the past 11 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has allocated Rs 14 lakh crore for Bihar’s development. We have constructed significant bridges and airports, and most notably, deposited Rs 10,000 into the accounts of over one crore women statewide. Pensions have increased from Rs 400 to Rs 1,100. The satisfaction level among the public is immense as they acknowledge the commendable work done by the NDA. We are looking forward to the elections with confidence that the people of Bihar will once again grant us the chance to serve. No other alliance can rival the Nitish Kumar-Modi collaboration," he added.
BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain shared similar views: "Happiness prevails in Bihar. The NDA government has achieved a great deal in roads, electricity, water, infrastructure, and industries. The initiation of metro services and PM Modi’s investment of Rs 14 lakh crore has revolutionized Bihar. By depositing Rs 10,000 into women's accounts and enhancing pensions, we have empowered women. The public understands that only the NDA can provide effective governance. We eagerly anticipate the elections to regain power."
BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh stated: "In Bihar, the dynastic and corrupt elements will face defeat. The government under PM Modi and CM Nitish Kumar, who are champions of democracy, will propel Bihar’s development forward. The NDA government has undertaken historic initiatives for women’s welfare. Schemes worth Rs 62,000 crore have been announced for youth employment. Bihar is on the path of self-employment and progress. The people of Bihar will once again give the NDA alliance a chance."
The Bihar Assembly elections are scheduled to take place in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results set to be revealed on November 14, as announced by the Election Commission of India (ECI) on Monday.
