PM Modi Celebrates CM Manik Saha's Birthday, Acknowledging His Connection with Tripura's People

New Delhi, Jan 8 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed heartfelt birthday wishes to Tripura's Chief Minister Manik Saha, emphasizing that the leader has won the affection of the state's populace through his humble and dedicated approach.
On Wednesday, while offering his best wishes to CM Saha, PM Modi expressed his hopes for a long and healthy life for him.
In a post on the social media platform X, PM Modi highlighted that CM Saha's commitment to the comprehensive development of the state has resulted in significant progress.
"Wishing a very happy birthday to the Chief Minister of Tripura, Dr. Manik Saha Ji. He has endeared himself to the people of Tripura thanks to his humble and hardworking nature. His focus on all-round development of the state has led to great outcomes. May he lead a long and healthy life," the Prime Minister's message stated.
In response to PM Modi's kind wishes, CM Saha expressed his gratitude, stating that the Prime Minister's guidance and inspiration are instrumental in steering the state towards holistic development.
"Thank you so much for your kind and appreciating words. Your guidance and motivation is helping the state to walk on the path of holistic development," CM Saha's message read.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh also reached out to CM Saha with warm wishes, praising his leadership which has brought about comprehensive growth in the state.
"Greetings and warm wishes to the Chief Minister of Tripura Dr. Manik Saha ji on his birthday. Under his leadership, the state is witnessing all-round growth. Praying for his long and healthy life," the Defence Minister's post mentioned.
Similarly, Union Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari sent his birthday greetings, hoping the day would bring happiness and that the coming year would be filled with health and prosperity for the Tripura CM.
Born on January 8, 1953, CM Saha obtained his Bachelor of Dental Studies from Government Dental College in Patna and later earned a Master of Dental Surgery from King George’s Medical College in Lucknow.
Representing the Town Bordowali Assembly constituency, Manik Saha has previously served as a Tripura MP and the state BJP President. He joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2016 after leaving Congress.
