New Delhi, Sep 4 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Thursday to explore avenues for enhancing bilateral relations.
The discussions are anticipated to result in the signing of multiple high-level agreements spanning various sectors such as finance, digital innovation, skill development, civil aviation, maritime cooperation, and space technology.
Earlier that day, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar met with Prime Minister Wong to discuss the enhancement of bilateral ties, expressing optimism that relations between the two countries will further solidify following Wong's meeting with PM Modi.
On X, Jaishankar remarked, "I was pleased to meet PM Lawrence Wong of Singapore this morning in Delhi. I appreciate his ongoing support for fortifying India-Singapore relations."
