What meetings are scheduled with PM Modi for the all-party delegations after their global outreach mission?

New Delhi, May 2 (NationPress) Members of the all-party delegations, currently visiting key partner countries and UN Security Council member states as part of Operation Sindoor's global diplomatic outreach mission, are anticipated to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi upon their return.

According to sources, this meeting might occur over the weekend or early next week, during which the esteemed Parliamentarians and distinguished diplomats are expected to share their experiences, feedback, and outcomes from the extensive global campaign.

Last month, India initiated an extraordinary global diplomatic initiative in response to Operation Sindoor, a decisive military operation targeting terror launchpads across Pakistan, including Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), following the tragic April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians.

Seven delegations were established to project India's national consensus and unwavering commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms.

These delegations, which include Members of Parliament such as Shashi Tharoor (INC), Ravi Shankar Prasad (BJP), Sanjay Kumar Jha (JDU), Baijayant Panda (BJP), Kanimozhi Karunanidhi (DMK), Supriya Sule (NCP), and Shrikant Eknath Shinde (Shiv Sena), are conveying India's robust message of a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism to the world.

Consisting of parliamentarians, former ministers, and experienced diplomats, these delegations are set to have covered more than 33 countries by June 5 since the diplomatic outreach mission commenced on May 21.

This initiative, coordinated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), aims to present a unified national stance on terrorism, isolate Pakistan on international platforms, and underscore its military and intelligence complicity in nurturing terror networks.

All delegations carried intelligence dossiers, evidence of the ISI's involvement in cross-border terrorism, and firsthand accounts from Operation Sindoor, which they conveyed to foreign governments, media, think tanks, and UN bodies.

The group led by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda visited several nations across the Gulf and North Africa, while the delegation led by Ravi Shankar Prasad traveled through Europe and met with European Union leaders.

The East and Southeast Asian region was covered by the delegation led by JD-U MP Sanjay Kumar Jha. Traveling from West Asia to Sub-Saharan Africa, the delegation led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Eknath Shinde has communicated India's zero-tolerance stance on terrorism.

The delegation led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has visited Guyana, Panama, Colombia, and Brazil, and is scheduled to engage in Washington later on Monday.

The delegation covering Eastern and Southern Europe, led by DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, began its mission from Russia and traveled to Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, and Spain.

The seventh group, led by NCP-SP MP Supriya Sule, has traversed Africa and the Middle East.
