Mahakumbh Nagar, Feb 16 (NationPress) Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the successful organisation of the ongoing Mahakumbh during his visit to the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.

On the same day, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath thanked Minister Pradhan, describing the Maha Kumbh as a grand celebration of the glorious tradition of Sanatan culture and a reflection of the spiritual consciousness of India.

Union Minister Pradhan expressed his good fortune to partake in Mahakumbh 2025 and shared his joy about being present at this significant event.

After his sacred dip in the Triveni Sangam, the Union Minister shared pictures on his official X account.

In a post on X, he stated, “Maha Kumbh is a testament to the vitality of our timeless civilization, culture, philosophy, and traditions. It brings me immense happiness to take a holy dip with my family at the confluence of the divine rivers of Maa Ganga, Maa Yamuna, and Maa Saraswati. Experiencing the 'Amrit Snan' during the Maha Kumbh of Unity is something I will never forget. May Mother Ganga bless everyone, that is my sole wish. Har Har Gange!”

He continued, “This divine confluence of the Maha Kumbh, occurring after 144 years, draws a multitude of saints, mahatmas, and devotees, serving as the most magnificent celebration of religion and faith. The Maha Kumbh embodies not merely a festival, but a vibrant flame representing thousands of years of India’s spiritual and cultural consciousness. It is a divine event where the world partakes in the splendor of Sanatan culture and the unique essence of devotion. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Uttar Pradesh government for organizing the Maha Kumbh in an extraordinary, clean, and well-structured manner under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the capable leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Reposting Minister Pradhan's message, CM Yogi Adityanath expressed, “Heartfelt thanks for your kind wishes! In addition to Dharmendra Pradhan, several Ministers from the Uttar Pradesh government were also present at the Maha Kumbh.

Rakesh Sachan, the Uttar Pradesh Minister for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), handicrafts, and the textile industry, State Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay, and State Minister of State for Transport (Independent Charge) Dayashankar Singh also participated in the holy bath at Triveni Sangam.

The Ministers paid their respects to Mother Ganga and prayed for the welfare of the nation and its people.
