New Delhi, May 6 (NationPress) Dr Priti G. Adani, the Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, has received her second doctorate for her remarkable contributions to social service, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
She was honored with the esteemed Doctor of Science (DSc) Honoris Causa by the Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education & Research (DMIHER), a deemed university located in Wardha, Maharashtra.
"Our heartfelt congratulations to our Chairperson Priti Adani on being awarded her second doctorate for her outstanding contributions to social service," the Foundation expressed in a post on the social media platform X.
Dr Priti Adani leads the Adani Foundation, one of India’s most prominent non-profit organizations in the social sector. The Adani Foundation serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of the Adani Group.
In February 2020, she received an honorary doctorate from the Gujarat Law Society University in Ahmedabad, recognizing her significant contributions to social welfare.
Describing the award as a "well-deserved recognition," the Foundation noted that she has changed many lives in India through her social initiatives.
