Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday, 25 July publicly acknowledged former Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, crediting him with transforming India's education landscape through the National Education Policy (NEP) and extending consistent backing to Assam throughout his tenure.
