The symbolic reenactment, staged at the base of the 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort, depicted the recapture of Tiger Hill — one of the most strategically significant engagements of Operation Vijay, the Indian military campaign that ended on 26 July 1999 with India declaring victory over Pakistani forces.
