New Delhi, April 26 (NationPress) In light of the devastating terror assault in Pahalgam, Delhi leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa made a significant statement on Saturday endorsing the Indian government's robust measures against the perpetrators.
Feeling a deep sense of anger and sorrow over the loss of innocent lives, Sirsa expressed his support for the government's five stringent actions and strongly condemned those who rejoiced in the aftermath of the killings.
"We endorse those five stringent measures," Sirsa remarked. "Those individuals who celebrate by ordering cake in embassies while innocent people are executed, do you believe they deserve to drink water? They shouldn’t even have access to water. Those who indulge in cake celebrations during such tragedies, is there any remorse left in you? Is there any humanity remaining? Have you swallowed humanity along with your cake?"
Sirsa's remarks came in response to reports that certain factions were celebrating the terror attacks.
"Today we learned that in England, outside the embassy, where Indians were protesting in London, Pakistani elements threatened to behead them. I want to tell them, protect your own heads first. Those who committed such atrocities will face justice. Those who question the Indian Army should recognize that it is one of the most formidable forces globally. Those responsible for the massacre of innocent individuals and those who facilitated such actions will both be held accountable," Sirsa cautioned.
He reiterated that India will not yield, highlighting the nation's determination: "The government of that nation should understand, you may have initiated this, but regardless of who starts it, India will be the one to conclude it."
A senior officer from the Pakistan Army escalated tensions by making a throat-slitting gesture towards a crowd of peaceful demonstrators outside the Pakistan High Commission in London.
The demonstrators had assembled to express their outrage over the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, where 26 individuals lost their lives at the hands of Pakistan-backed terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
Further aggravating the situation, the official was seen displaying a poster of Indian Air Force Group Captain Abhinandan Varthaman, using it to ridicule the Indian protesters.
