Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced on Wednesday that his government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the German state of Thuringia for cooperation across technology, investments, skill development and pharmaceuticals. The pact was finalised after a courtesy meeting in Hyderabad with a delegation led by Mario Voigt, the Minister-President of Thuringia.

In his post, the Chief Minister wrote that the Thuringia delegation 'paid a courtesy call' and that the two states had concluded an MoU for 'mutual cooperation on technology, investments, skill development, pharma and other areas'. He added that Telangana ministers Sridhar Babu and Vivek Venkataswamy, along with senior officials, took part in the meeting.
