‘Toxic’ Team Teases Major Update for Yash on His Birthday Celebration

Bengaluru, Jan 6 (NationPress) The crew of one of the most awaited films in South Indian cinema, superstar Yash starrer ‘Toxic’, has teased a significant update regarding the movie coinciding with the actor’s birthday on January 8.
KVN Productions, the production house behind the film, along with the superstar, has unveiled the poster across social media.
The poster declares, “His untamed presence is your existential crisis.”
Additionally, it highlights the birthday date along with the time, 10:25 AM, printed beneath.
Sources have indicated that a notable announcement about the film will be made on Yash's birthday.
While it remains unverified if this will be a trailer or another teaser, fans are buzzing with excitement in anticipation of the special day.
‘Toxic’ is directed by Geetu Mohandas, a promising young talent from the Malayalam film industry.
Yash shared the poster on his social media account X, captioning it, “Unleashing him.”
The poster showcases Yash against a dark backdrop, posed alongside a vintage car while exhaling smoke from a cigar.
Previously, Yash had asked his fans to refrain from being upset since he would not be celebrating his birthday with them in Bengaluru.
In his heartfelt message, Yash expressed, “My dear well-wishers, as we welcome the new year, it’s a period for reflection, resolutions, and forging a new path. The love you have shown me over the years has been incredible. However, there have been some unfortunate events as well.”
“It’s time for us to transform our expression of love, especially concerning my birthday celebrations. The best gift for me is knowing you are safe, setting positive examples, achieving your aspirations, and spreading joy,” Yash appealed.
“I will be occupied with filming and will not be in town on my birthday. Nevertheless, your warm wishes will always reach me, energizing my spirit and inspiring me. Stay safe, and I wish you all a very happy 2025,” Yash emphasized.
The star's comments hold significance as, last year, three individuals lost their lives, and several others were injured while they were constructing a massive cut-out of Yash to celebrate his birthday.
This tragic incident occurred in the early hours of January 8, 2024, in Soranagi village near Lakshmeshwar town in Gadag district, Karnataka.
Yash personally visited the families of the deceased fans to convey his condolences.
He further expressed his commitment to support the bereaved families like a son, assuring them he would do everything necessary for them.
“This is not the right moment for announcements. They will be taken care of. This should not become a precedent,” he stated.
