Amaravati, Nov 13 (NationPress) - Authorities in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur have taken legal action against Ambati Rambabu, a former minister and leader of the YSR Congress Party, along with several others, for conducting an unlawful assembly and allegedly intimidating police officers performing their duties.
Rambabu and his followers organized a rally without obtaining the necessary police clearance, and when their progress was halted, they purportedly issued threats to law enforcement officials.
A formal complaint has been lodged at the Pattabhipuram Police Station under multiple provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
