New Delhi, Sep 15 (NationPress) The Ministry of Ayush announced on Monday its successful resolution of 1,116 public grievances as part of Special Campaign 4.0.
This initiative reiterates the ministry’s dedication to efficiency, transparency, and cleanliness.
The campaign, which took place from November 2024 to August 2025, aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing workplace conditions, and addressing outstanding issues with renewed diligence.
“Throughout this timeframe, the Ministry made noteworthy strides by resolving 56 references from Members of Parliament, 12 Parliamentary assurances, nine state government references, 10 PMO references, 1,116 public grievances, and 121 public grievance appeals,” it stated.
These accomplishments highlight the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to improving citizen services and institutional efficacy.
Significantly, the Ministry of Ayush has consistently achieved high standards in grievance redressal, maintaining a position among the top 10 in grievance disposal among Central Ministries. This reflects its strong dedication to citizen-centric governance and the timely resolution of public issues.

The government-wide Special Campaign for the Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM), which includes public grievance management, initiated its first phase in 2021 and has continued annually since.
In the previous Special Campaign 3.0 in 2024, the Ayush Ministry resolved over 1,300 public grievances and addressed various pending matters, including 33 references from Members of Parliament, 18 Parliamentary Assurances, and 187 public grievance appeals.
“The Ministry is now gearing up for Special Campaign 5.0, which will place a greater emphasis on sustainability, cleanliness, and effective grievance redressal systems,” it noted.
As part of this initiative, Ayush institutes, research councils, and national organizations will intensify cleanliness drives across campuses and public spaces, including herbal gardens, water bodies, bus stations, and community areas.
