Ahmedabad, Jan 22 (NationPress) The upcoming second edition of the 3x3 Hoopers League is set to take place at the Riverfront Sports Park, Paldi, on January 25 and 26. The event, organized by Adani Sportsline, will feature competitions across U-12, U-15, U-19, U-23, women, men, and mixed categories.
Each team will consist of four players and will compete in a minimum of three league matches. Each game will last for either 10 minutes or until a team scores 21 points. In the later phases, a knockout format will be implemented.
"Hosting the 3x3 Hoopers League for its second season marks a major milestone for us in nurturing basketball talent, not just in Ahmedabad but throughout the nation. We are eagerly anticipating this year's event. The inaugural edition was a tremendous success and we expect another fruitful tournament this year," stated Sanjay Adesara, Chief Business Officer of Adani Sportsline.
The first edition of the tournament occurred in Ahmedabad in December 2023, attracting over 100 teams, with 400 participants and more than 600 spectators.
