London, June 17 (NationPress) Formula 1 has revealed that the Canadian Grand Prix will continue to thrive into its seventh decade, thanks to a recent four-year agreement forged with the Promoter and the Governments of Canada and Quebec. This deal ensures that the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal will be featured on the racing calendar until 2035.
The Canadian Grand Prix holds the title of the oldest Formula 1 event outside Europe, with its 54th edition recently held since its inaugural race in 1967.
