Mumbai, Dec 17 (NationPress) Members of the Indian women’s blind cricket team, who recently achieved the remarkable feat of becoming T20 Blind Cricket World Cup champions, had the honor of meeting cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar at the MIG Cricket Club in Mumbai. This meeting stands as a pivotal moment for the team.

Their journey to the world title has been characterized by resilience, determination, and an unwavering belief in their aspirations. To commend their achievement, Tendulkar dedicated nearly an hour to the players, congratulating them on their groundbreaking success and attentively listening to their inspiring stories.

In his praise, Tendulkar remarked on the team’s ability to conquer significant obstacles in pursuit of their dreams, culminating in their World Cup victory. He emphasized that their hard work and perseverance would resonate well beyond the tournament.
