The tournament, initially set to take place in New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kathmandu (Nepal), will now have Colombo, Sri Lanka, as the neutral venue for matches involving Pakistan and as an additional host city due to current conditions in Nepal. CABI representatives will soon engage with their counterparts in Colombo to finalize preparations.

This exciting tournament will consist of 21 league matches, two semi-finals, and a grand finale, with games taking place in New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Colombo.

Discussing the upcoming World Cup, Mahantesh G. Kivadasannavar, chairman of CABI, stated, "This World Cup transcends a mere tournament; it embodies a celebration of courage, skill, and inclusion. Hosting it in India is a source of immense pride, and I am confident our girls will rise to the occasion, inspire millions, and make the nation proud."
