How Did Carboni Secure a Stoppage Time Victory for Inter Over Urawa Reds?

Seattle, June 22 (NationPress) The Urawa Red Diamonds were eliminated from the FIFA Club World Cup by the renowned Italian club FC Internazionale Milano after a dramatic late comeback, which saw the Nerazzurri clinch a 2-1 victory against Urawa Red on Sunday (IST).

Initially, Ryoma Watanabe’s early goal seemed poised to create an upset in the tournament. However, Lautaro Martinez emerged as the hero for Inter with an incredible bicycle kick, followed by substitute Valentin Carboni sealing the win in stoppage time.

Despite a promising start, Inter found themselves trailing in the twelfth minute due to Watanabe's strike. Coach Chivu’s squad maintained control of the game throughout a challenging first half but struggled to convert possession into clear opportunities.
