Melbourne, June 20 (NationPress) Cricket Victoria has appointed Kirby Short, the former captain of Brisbane Heat and Queensland Fire, to serve as the new Head of Female Cricket.
With over a decade of distinguished experience in cricket, Short led the Brisbane Heat to two consecutive WBBL championships during the 2018–19 and 2019–20 seasons, playing a key role in the team’s achievements. She concluded her representative cricket career in 2020.
