New Delhi, Oct 16 (NationPress) The Patna Pirates triumphed in an exhilarating tiebreaker (6-4) against the Bengaluru Bulls after both teams ended regulation time locked at 38-38 at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on Thursday.

Ayan Lohchab starred with a super 10, while Navdeep added four tackles. The decisive moment in the tiebreaker came from Mandeep Kumar, who executed a two-point raid. For the Bulls, Alireza notched up his ninth Super 10, which was overshadowed by their eleven-point comeback during regulation.

The raiders, Ayan and Alireza, initiated scoring for their teams. Sanjay made the first tackle of the night, and Ashish Birwal answered back for the Pirates, with both teams fiercely contesting every point. Sudhakar M and Akash Shinde also contributed significantly, leading to the Bulls holding an 8-7 advantage after the first ten minutes.
