The 24-year-old Australian celebrated a landmark win in his 50th Grand Prix, marking McLaren's first-ever victory at this circuit and continuing his impressive season.
Piastri, starting from pole position, skillfully defended against an aggressive move from George Russell, who locked up at Turn 1, but managed to retain the lead. From that moment, he showcased his calm demeanor and consistent pace, gradually extending his advantage.
