After the regular season concludes, the top talents from both boys' and girls' categories will compete in this phase. The second stage will include four teams in the boys' section and two in the girls' section, based on the players’ performances during the MI Junior 2025 season.

As in previous years, the tournament champions will have the opportunity to attend a training session aimed at enhancing their skills, providing exposure, and preparing them for the next level of their cricketing careers with the support of the Mumbai Indians coaching staff.
