During the two-round selection trials conducted from September 11 to 14 at The Embassy International Riding School in Bengaluru, Stasya showcased her exceptional skills by completing the first round without any faults and finishing the jump-off in just 43.63 seconds, which placed her second out of 18 competitors. Riding her horse, Cougar Des Fees, she adeptly maneuvered through a demanding course featuring 13 obstacles at a height of 110 cm.
