"We are focused on the future of Indian tennis, and these athletes represent the next wave of talent. We had a successful experience with the 15-year-old Maaya Rajeshwaran at the L&T Mumbai Open last week, and we expect similar surprises this week. By providing the right opportunities, our players can elevate their game," said event organizer Sunder Iyer.
"We discussed this in detail and concluded that this is the right approach. Additionally, we have decided to grant one wildcard in the qualifying rounds to 16-year-old Arnav Paparkar."
