Haridwar (Uttarakhand), March 15 (NationPress) The Chandigarh Chargers, Warriorz K.C., Palani Tuskers, and Yuva Mumba claimed victories on Day 10 of the Yuva All-Stars Championship held at the Vandana Kataria Indoor Stadium on Saturday.
The Chandigarh Chargers triumphed over Yuva Paltan with a score of 45-20 in the opening match. The Chargers executed an all-out and secured essential points to lead 16-11 at the break. With two Super Tackles, two all-outs, and one Super Raid in the latter half, the Chargers dominated, finishing with a 25-point margin against the Pune side.
Sawan Khatri (12 points) and Bablu Singh (10 points) shone as the standout players for Chandigarh. The Chargers now sit second in Pool B with 25 points from seven matches, while Yuva Paltan holds the fifth position with 13 points.
Palani Tuskers overcame Vasco Vipers 34-24 in a Pool A clash. Rajapal J delivered a Super Raid, allowing the Tuskers to gain a five-point lead in under five minutes, while Sakthivel Thangavelu tackled Jai Hind, leading to an early all-out for the Vipers.
