Quetta, Sep 28 (NationPress) Three additional Baloch individuals have been reported as 'forcibly disappeared' by the Pakistani security forces, highlighting the ongoing persecution amid a growing trend of enforced disappearances in Balochistan, as stated by a prominent human rights organization.
According to the Baloch National Movement's Human Rights Department, the Pakistani army 'forcibly disappeared' Sameer Baloch, who is from the Kuldan Jiwani area in Gwadar district.
"On the night of September 28, 2025, Sameer Baloch, son of Nusheerwan, was taken by the Pakistan Army from Safoora Goth in Karachi, Sindh. He is a resident of Kuldan Jiwani in Gwadar district," Paank shared on X.
In another update on X, Paank reported that two Baloch men, Altaf Baloch and Ghalib Baloch, were forcibly disappeared from their residences during a raid by Pakistani security forces on Saturday.
Paank detailed: "On September 27, 2025, the following individuals were forcibly taken by the Pakistan Army: Altaf Baloch, son of Haibatan Baloch, and Ghalib Baloch, son of Ayoub Baloch. Location: Kunchiti Dasht, Kech district, Balochistan. Both victims were taken from their homes during an operation by security forces."
Previously, Paank disclosed information regarding another case of enforced disappearance, noting that Zakir Ali, a shopkeeper, was abducted from his local area.
In a statement shared on X, Paank mentioned, "Karachi: Zakir Ali was forcibly disappeared in Lyari. On September 24, 2025, Zakir Ali, son of Muhammad Ibrahim, and a resident of Nokein Lane, Lyari, was taken by Pakistani security forces. Zakir, who works as a shopkeeper, was abducted from his neighborhood, and his current location remains unknown."
On Saturday, Paank reported that 17-year-old Siraj Baloch, who lives in Balgatar, Kech, was forcibly taken on Friday near Star Plus Market in Turbat city by armed men in a vehicle who struck him in the head with a firearm and abducted him in broad daylight.
Siraj, a first-year intermediate student, had journeyed to Turbat for educational purposes.
