New Delhi, Jan 14 (NationPress) The BJP has accused the AAP of being implicated in a conspiracy involving an NGO that allegedly enlisted a teenage student to send out 400 bomb hoax emails to schools in Delhi, aiming to instill fear before the Assembly elections.

While not explicitly naming the AAP or the NGO, the BJP pieced together evidence suggesting that the NGO, which is suspected of influencing the teenager, has ties to Chief Minister Atishi's parents. This raises the likelihood that the hoax emails could have originated from AAP.

“We demand clarification from the AAP regarding any affiliations with anti-national NGOs,” stated BJP National Spokesman Sudhanshu Trivedi.

He noted that the NGO, under investigation for the hoax email incident, was also involved in efforts to secure clemency for Afzal Guru, who was sentenced for his role in the 2001 Indian Parliament attack.

Trivedi also pointed out that Atishi’s parents had signed a petition advocating for mercy for Afzal Guru, who was executed in 2013.

He recalled that the infamous “Tukre Tukre” slogans against national integrity were chanted in February 2015, coinciding with Afzal Guru's death anniversary. “The Delhi government delayed approval for prosecution in this incident for five months,” he added, questioning the links between the NGO and AAP.

“There’s apprehension in Delhi regarding the AAP’s connections with questionable NGOs and anti-national activities,” he remarked.

Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva commented that the attempts to create a sense of insecurity are suspiciously timed just before the Assembly elections.

According to police reports, the teenager responsible for sending the hoax emails was identified using advanced IT methods.

The police confirmed that the minor was recognized as the sender of the hoax emails, but investigations are ongoing to determine if others were involved or if the child acted independently.

The Delhi Police are also looking into whether the NGO or other groups might have influenced the minor.
