BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao conveyed his appreciation for the Supreme Court's decision.
He noted that BRS has consistently highlighted concerns over the contentious aspects of the Act, which, while claiming to be progressive, actually incited polarization and jeopardized the nation's communal harmony.
