Ajmer, Sep 17 (NationPress) The successor Sajjadanashin of Ajmer Dargah and Chairman of the All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council, Syed Naseruddin Chishty, warmly congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday, praising his vision for progress and his significant role in establishing India’s robust global identity.

Born on September 17, 1950, in Mehsana, Gujarat, PM Modi initially gained recognition as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, serving three consecutive terms from 2001 to 2014. Since his election as Prime Minister in 2014, he is now in his third term leading the nation.

In a statement to IANS, Syed Naseruddin Chishty expressed, "Today, the citizens of our nation are celebrating the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I extend my sincere congratulations to him on this momentous occasion and pray for his long and healthy life."

The 75th birthday of the Prime Minister is being celebrated nationwide through the BJP's 'Sewa Pakhwada', transforming the day into a national festivity. Tributes and greetings are streaming in from all corners of India, complemented by various service-oriented events that embody the spirit of the campaign.

Commenting on the nationwide celebrations, Chishty remarked, "The entire nation is commemorating the Prime Minister's birthday as a 'Sewa Pakhwada'. This day is a celebration of service and giving back, reflecting PM Modi's commitment to advancing the country and enhancing India's standing on the global stage."

He also commended PM Modi's leadership in fostering inclusivity through the principle of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Samman'.

Reflecting on the Prime Minister's inclusive vision, Chishty noted, "I hope that the Prime Minister continues to propel India forward with the philosophy of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Samman'. He emphasized his aspiration for Muslim children to have a Quran in one hand and a laptop in the other, highlighting his desire for Muslims to integrate into the mainstream and contribute to their families, society, and the nation."

As part of the birthday celebrations, over one lakh health camps are being organized nationwide from September 17 to October 2, representing India’s largest health outreach initiative.

These camps are providing women-centric preventive, promotive, and curative health services, including screenings for non-communicable diseases, anemia, tuberculosis, and sickle cell disease. Maternal and adolescent health assessments, immunizations, and nutrition counseling are also available as part of this initiative.
