Additionally, the foundation stone for the Andhra Pradesh Judges’ Guest House was laid.

This Judicial Academy is being established at a substantial investment of Rs 165 crore and will offer academic, residential, and training facilities designed to accommodate 120 trainee judges in each session.

The entire complex is set to cover around 2.05 lakh square feet and will feature an academic block, hostel accommodations, indoor sports facilities, and comprehensive infrastructure.

Furthermore, the Chief Justice inaugurated the High Court Judges' Residential Complex located in Pichukalapalem.

Modern residences for 36 High Court Judges have been constructed within a 33.20-acre area at a cost of Rs 210 crore. There is also provision for the construction of 13 additional bungalows to meet future requirements.

Each residence is built in a G+1 design spanning 7,841 square feet, featuring office spaces, waiting areas, and other essential amenities tailored to the judges' needs.

The Chief Justice also laid the groundwork for the Andhra Pradesh Judges’ Guest House in Amaravati.

This facility will be built over a total area of 6,300 square feet at an estimated cost of ₹69.40 crore.

The guest house will consist of ground plus three floors. Officials indicated that 20 percent of the total land will be allocated for the building, while the remaining 80 percent will be reserved for greenery.

Conveniently located just 1.2 km from the Andhra Pradesh High Court, the guest house is accessible via 25-metre and 50-metre roads.

Following the laying of the guest house's foundation, the Chief Justice viewed a video presentation on the development activities in Amaravati, including the construction of the judges’ guest house.

Attendees included Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur (Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court), and Supreme Court Judges JK Maheshwari, PS Narasimha, Prasanth Kumar Mishra, SV N Bhatti, and Joymalya Bagchi.

Previously, the Chief Justice laid the foundation for the District Courts Complex in Tirupati. During his address, he emphasized that the bar and the bench should not be seen as adversaries but as two essential components of the same legal institution.

He remarked that a robust bar fosters strong advocacy, which challenges judges to think critically, reason more thoroughly, and articulate their conclusions clearly.

The Chief Justice noted that the caliber of assistance provided by the bar is reflected in the judges' overall performance. He asserted that enhanced arguments from the bar lead to superior judgments, and well-reasoned judgments bolster public confidence in the rule of law.
