Bhopal, Feb 16 (NationPress) Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced on Monday that the state government is striving to enhance transparency, efficiency, and public service within administrative operations while fostering development.
This remark came during the inauguration of the cyber registration office located in Registration Bhawan, Bhopal.
During his address, Yadav emphasized that the government is promoting paperless and cashless practices, which are crucial for environmental sustainability and transparency for future generations.
“Madhya Pradesh has distinguished itself as the first state in India to implement cyber registration for over 75 services, including loans, Mukhtyarnama, mining leases, affidavits, power of attorney, and partnership deeds, through this digital transformation,” he remarked.
Yadav further stated that with the rollout of Sampada 1.0 and Sampada 2.0 (the online portal), the advent of the cyber registration procedure signifies a new chapter in technology-driven governance.
At the event, Yadav declared that transfer documents pertaining to government departments and their undertakings will now be processed through paperless registration.
“Citizens will no longer be required to visit registration offices for transfers related to the Housing Board and Development Authorities,” Yadav explained, noting that all processes, including video KYC, will be conducted via video conferencing, saving both time and money.
He urged departmental officials to meet their targets for the current financial year through healthy competition utilizing the cyber registration services.
Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Jagdish Devda, who was also present, announced that the advanced software Sampada 2.0 was deployed for document registration and e-stamping in 2024-25.
“Consequently, both movable and immovable property documents are being registered digitally and in a paperless fashion. For numerous documents, citizens will not need to visit the Sub-Registrar’s office at all,” he stated.
Devda also shared that a successful pilot of the new e-registration and e-stamping software, Sampada 2.0, was initially conducted in the districts of Guna, Harda, Ratlam, and Dindori.
