After their meeting on Tuesday, Home Minister Anitha informed the press that the Chief Minister denounced the murder of Lakshmi Naidu, labeling it as inhumane, and ordered a thorough investigation.
He announced a compensation of two acres of land and Rs 5 lakh in cash for Lakshmi Naidu's widow. Furthermore, he directed that each of Lakshmi's two children receive two acres of land and Rs 5 lakh as fixed deposits. The government will also take responsibility for their educational needs.
Compensation was also pledged for the injured: Pawan Naidu will receive four acres of land and Rs 5 lakh in cash, with the government covering his medical costs.
Bhargav Naidu will get Rs 3 lakh in compensation as well, with the government handling his treatment expenses.
The Chief Minister mandated that the case be moved to a fast-track court for a swift resolution and instructed officials to appoint a special public prosecutor.
