Initially, candidates will be evaluated based on their thinking skills, leadership potential, civic awareness, and administrative understanding through an online application.
Subsequently, 300 shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a one-day boot camp, where 150 interns will be selected through discussions, workshops, and a final essay.
