What the Deepfake Video Claims

According to the government's PIB Fact Check unit, Pakistani propaganda accounts are circulating a digitally altered video of Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh making false claims that Pakistan jammed India's systems on 10 May. The manipulated clip repurposes an original statement by the Secretary on India's defence exports growth and global demand — a recording that contains no mention of Pakistan or any jamming incident whatsoever.
