During their meeting, Major General Otieno and General Dwivedi analyzed the current geostrategic landscape in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR) and reiterated their mutual dedication to ensuring peace and stability.
According to a post on social media platform X by the Additional Directorate General of Public Information, IHQ of Ministry of Defence (Army), "Major General Paul Owuor Otieno, Commander of the Kenya Navy, visited General Upendra Dwivedi, COAS, today.
