The second-seeded men's recurve team, featuring Yashdeep Sanjay Bhoge, Atanu Das, and Rahul, triumphed over Kazakhstan with a score of 5-3, setting up a final showdown against South Korea, who defeated Uzbekistan 6-2 in the semi-final.
This men’s trio commenced their journey with a decisive 6-2 win against Turkmenistan, followed by a dominant 6-0 victory over Malaysia in the quarter-finals.
In the qualification round, Bhoge achieved a personal best with a score of 687 points, which included nine X10s. The 25-year-old previously secured a medal in the mixed team category at the 2019 Asia Cup in Bangkok. Veteran archer Atanu finished seventh with 668 points, while Rahul placed 11th with a score of 666.
